Paris in Love
Before I work full time as a painter, I was a full time biology researcher. Fortunately, I had an opportunity worked in a Biology Institute near Paris for two years during 1990's. I lived in Paris during that period of time, Fallen in love with the City of Light, and since then, Paris became my dream town forever! I like to walk in the raining evening in Paris, the orange color lights, the reflections of the water, made the city full of romantic charm.
Path to Santa Maria del Mar, Barcelona
Path to Santa Maria del Mar, Barcelona, painted from my photo and sketching during my last trip to Europe.
Monet's Garden at Giverny-2
When I lived in Paris, I spend several weekends in Monet's Garden at Giverny. The flower garden in front of the house, the water Lily Pond, the Japanese bridge, the color, the lights, the shade, the reflections........ Deeply impressed how those beauties inspired Money every day when he lived there........ I found these photos I shoot during those beautiful days, and can't wait to paint and visit there again!
Bow bridge in central park, NYC
Daily oil painting #13
I always want to paint this beautiful bridge, which I shoot last September when I was in New York.
Love the light and shade at that moment.
